01. Cleaning
the glass substrate
surface: During feeding, handling, and processing, glass substrates easily absorb environmental particles and processing residues. Key processes such as thin film coatings and photoresist coatings impose strict cleaning requirements on substrates. Ordinary wiping materials easily shed lint, which can cause secondary contamination. The polyester series BSL cleanroom wipers are manufactured using continuous weaving technology, with edges hot-cut and sealed, achieving low fiber shedding during wiping, suitable for detailed cleaning of substrates and panel surfaces.

02. Quality assurance of lamination and alignment processes

In processes including OCA optical adhesive lamination and polarizer installation, the cleanliness of the bonded surface directly determines the quality of the finished product. Tiny particles trapped at the key interface can produce visible foreign defects. When used with solvents such as isopropanol, cleanroom wipers can quickly remove oil stains and fine particles from bonded surfaces. Its high liquid absorption capacity quickly locks in solvents, preventing residual liquid from interfering with subsequent processes.

03. Production Equipment

Maintenance The lithography and etching equipment used in the array process is highly precise. Transport vehicles, rails, and transport components require regular cleaning. During manufacturing, loose particles adhering to the equipment surface may transfer onto the substrate, causing batch defects. BSL cleanroom wipers have excellent wear resistance, can withstand repeated wiping, and maintain stable cleaning performance for equipment maintenance.

04. Electrostatic Discharge Protection

Both the TFT circuit and driver chip are electrostatically sensitive. Electrostatic discharge can damage circuits and cause irreversible defects. The cleanroom environment is dry and cannot completely eliminate static electricity generated by friction. By embedding conductive wire, BSL anti-static wiping cloth can promptly dissipate static charge, reducing the risk of static damage.

05. Liquid contaminant treatment


Panel production lines handle a wide variety of chemicals, including developers, strippers, and cleaners. Leaked chemicals need to be dealt with immediately.
